Albania awards electricity production licence to local co Zall Herr Energji 2011

TIRANA (Albania), November 4 (SeeNews) – Albania’s energy regulator said it has awarded an electricity production licence to local company Zall Herr Energji 2011.

The licence allows the company to produce electricity at the 0.43 megawatt Cekreze 1 hydropower plant and the 0.23 megawatt Cekreze 2 hydropower plant, the energy regulator said in a statement posted on its website last week.

The regulator said it has has also licensed hydro power plants Cekreze 1 and Cekreze 2 as producers of renewable energy.
